I just applied for my first American Passport. Ken the gentleman who files the Passport application, could not have been more helpful. Thanks Ken for making a new experience so pleasant and simple.
They avoid accepting passport applications at all costs. Ken the "passport guy" will tell you that you must set up an appointment. When you try and set one up he tells you how much easier it will be going to Waldwick, or how Oakland is much quicker at processing the applications. Customer service at its finest.
