visiting from out-of-town and needed attention for a hip problem. Saw Dr. Pinkas and she is great. Listened to my concerns, did the xrays and with a cortisone shot I was like new. Couldn't have gotten better attention. Thank you, Jack Risewick

Dr Kayal and his staff were very professional and competent ! As a medical professional myself ,I know how difficult it can be to run a practice and keep "all the balls in the air" (juggling reference). It is difficult to keep everyone happy-staff and patients alike , and he did a fine job at that for me.Thank you Dr Kayal and staff !! (I see the address says "Franklin Lakes" here but I went to his HUGE office next to the Nabisco factory...)
He gave me my Arm Back by repairing two blown out cervical discs. If I didn't see this, and somebody told me how this would work, I would have bet it was Impossible. But the Kind Doc (Kayal) does this professionally, and then some. Saved me. Rich Schultz, Building Supply Owner
My mother made an appointment to meet with Dr. Kayal. When making the appointment the office confirmed that they would check with her insurance to make sure my insurance is accepted. Two weeks later she did not hear back from the office. She showed up for her appointment and confirmed with the ladies in the office that they accepted her insurance. They stated they did and there was no issues with insurance. She met with Dr. Kayal and set up 2 surgery dates for June. The next day she received a call from the office stating they in fact do not accept her insurance and that all surgery dates were canceled. I find this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a complete waste of time taken from work and from her day. The office had no remorse and just shrugged it of as if no one was inconvenienced. I do not recommend this doctor.
