Always comes through. Oil change or a car wash. Perfect.
This place is a joke. Take warning to all the recent reviews. My experience was similar. I paid 30 for the platinum wash. They left sticky streaks on the back leather seats. They left sticky stuff around the front cup holders. The front driver side mat fits into this clips and weren’t put back correct. Instead they left the mat resting on the gas pedal. My back mats were put in on the wrong side where they don’t fit. They also didn’t spray any air freshener. Worst “car wash” I’ve ever received.
Took 3 washes to get my car vacuumed like it should have been. Fernando the shift leader stated it was pure neglect. My FB review I got a lovely (sarcasm) response from a "manager" Brianna stating she "assumed" I meant tree sap and they have the best wash around and if it was an issue with the vacuum I should have paid an additional $7.50 to upgrade to the super vac (on top of the $33 I already paid). Once I clarified with her what I was talking about she became more snippy and told me to "read the giant sign." Plenty of washes around besides them!!! Don't need to be told by some kid to "read a sign" as a taxpayer in town supporting a local business.
First and Last time going here. I never leave bad reviews to any place. This place is waste of money. Please never go there. Such a bad experience first time in my life at car wash. My car is still dirty from outside as well as inside. They didn’t vacuum at all. Front and Back both seats and Floor and still dirty. Totally worthless, waste of time and money. Even not feeling to give them 1 star. My advice is not to go there. They should feel shame that how much money they are charging for what. NEVER GO THERE
